Adoption

Bedfordshire County Council is responsible for finding adoptive families for children who cannot live within their birth families and who have a plan for adoption.

We are especially looking for people who could consider adopting:

• Older children
• Sibling groups
• Children with a range of disabilities
• Children who were born affected by drugs/alcohol
• Children who have emotional/behavioural difficulties because of trauma, abuse or neglect in their early lives
