Monitoring the progress of current planning applications

The 'Monitoring Progress' document attached below is a list of Planning Applications currently being dealt with by Bedfordshire County Council. Application details are removed from this list three months after a decision has been made. The monitoring progress list is updated regularly, sometimes daily, and was last updated on 27/11/2008.

In all cases an initial formal consultation period is commenced upon receipt of the Planning Application, however we do endeavour to take all responses into consideration up to the day of the decision. Please check the consultation period is still 'Open' if you wish to comment. To comment on any of the applications which have not yet been decided please use the link shown above.

For your information:

The 'Latest Status' column indicates whether a decision has yet been made.
The status 'Pending' means the application is still under consideration and a decision has not yet been made.

Where decisions have been made copies of the unsigned notices with conditions and letters are available electronically on our weekly planning application and appeals page.

If you would like a copy of the signed decision notice or letter contact us directly on (01234) 228197 (please note we do make a charge for this service).
