Statement of accounts
The accounts provide a statement of the financial position of the County Council, and have been prepared in accordance with the Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting in the United Kingdom - A Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP). The SORP is recognised by statute as representing proper accounting practice.
