Luton Borough Council
Luton received approval to be a CFO in priorities 1 and 2 on 2nd November 2007.
Plan approved Tuesday 15th January 2008.
LBC co-hosted the event on the 29th January when the combined/joint Prospectus with Bedfordshire County Council was launched.
The deadline for receipt of tenders has now passed (noon 3rd April).
The timetable for the next stage is the same as Bedfordshire County Council (above).

Learning & Skills Council
The CFO plan was agreed by the regional board on 9 November.
The PQQ process has now closed and all successful applicants have been informed.
Invitations to Tender (ITT) were sent on Friday 23rd November 2007 and went to all successful PQQ applicants who expressed an interest in the appropriate work area.
PQQ briefing events in the region were held on 20th and 22nd November.
The deadline for receipt of tenders was 11 January 2008.
